A new module for SPOC Racine: Using generative artificial intelligence tools in higher education

Designed to meet the needs of the educational community, this module offers the opportunity to combine the views of experts and practitioners on the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) technologies in the context of higher education.

Structure du module

The module is made up of several complementary educational elements:

• 1  introductory audio: This introduction podcast presents the objectives of the module.
• 2 videos on theoretical contributions: These videos offer some theoretical contributions and their sources.
• 5 videos with Vincent Guigue: A series of videos was taken from an exclusive interview with Vincent Guigue, computer science professor at AgroParisTech and LLM (Large Language Model) expert
• 2 videos with Gilles Buisson: These videos were taken from an interview with Gilles Buisson, educational engineer at École des Ponts ParisTech and member of the RACINE team.
• 2 feedbacks in video:
  
  • Jean-Yves Dantan, university professor: A testimonial on the use of GAI tools in teaching
  • Céline Laval, library manager : A reflexion about the impact of some GAI tools in the management of and access to educational resources.
• A feedback (written interview) :
  
  • Blanche Collard, teacher : Another example of using GAI tools in teaching
• 1 reference document : A list of complementary resources to deepen all these topics
• 1 quizz : A test tool !

A flexible and accessible format

Each component of the module is designed to be followed independently, allowing users to progress at their own pace, in the framework that suits them best.

A continuous enrichment of the training offer

This new module is part of a continuous innovation approach by the RACINE ParisTech network, aiming to provide all members of the educational community of the network's partner schools with educational tools and workshops that meet their needs.
